Authoring and publishing technical documentation

StratComm publishes Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) and other technical publications for defense contractors working on DDG-1000 and LCS-class warships for the United States Navy.

We manage the entire life cycle process of technical documentation, including authoring to all military and commercial standards including conversions to S1000D, creating or revising technical illustrations, and publishing and displaying the publication electronically in IETM/IETP, e-book, or PDF format.

Our GSA contracts and high-level government security clearances enable us to work for many military and government agencies.

StratComm works on technical publications (IETMs) supporting U.S. Navy LCS-class ship programs, with expertise in S1000D and other military specifications.

StratComm is now providing web-based skills testing directly to U.S. embassies and consulates around the world.

The Department of State contracted with StratComm to copyedit and design the annual report to Congress for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
