StratComm’s Web-Based Skills Testing Program Reaches Clients Globally
Web-based skills testing is very clearly on the cutting edge when it comes to recruiting, hiring, and evaluating personnel, and organizations are taking notice worldwide.
In that vein, StratComm is excited to announce that we are now providing our web-based skills testing platform directly to U.S. embassies and consulates around the world. The program builds upon our collaboration with the U.S. Department of State to offer web-based skills testing to its more than 200 embassies and consulates worldwide.
StratComm is currently working with individual U.S. missions to implement their custom testing programs, and in parallel conducting training so that they can take full advantage of all the program’s many benefits. We help our clients understand how to administer the tests, then interpret test results through comprehensive reports.
In addition to ensuring that our clients hire the right candidates, our tests have also been used to determine where employees may have skills gaps or areas of expertise required for a position. This helps the individual attain a higher position within their organization, ultimately yielding a higher employee retention rate.
