• Q: Why is the program changing?

A: In an effort to reduce costs and streamline operations, the SSA is consolidating several thousand independent contractors into a small number of private sector firms.



• Q: When will this change take effect in my hearing office?

A: Please review the flyer posted in your hearing office for the date this change becomes effective, or email us at jobs@stratcomm.com.



• Q: If my contract expires with SSA in the next year, should I still sign on with StratComm?

A: We encourage you to talk with us to find out about becoming part of our team. In most cases, you can be under contract with both SSA and StratComm at the same time.



• Q: How do I know that StratComm has been awarded my location?

A: Please search FPDS and review the flyer posted in your hearing office or email us at jobs@stratcomm.com.



• Q: Will I have to go through suitability and credentialing again?

A: In most cases, no. But if it does become necessary, we will help you through the process.
