StratComm Awarded $10 Million Contract by the Department of State for Pre-Employment Online Testing

StratComm has been awarded a four-year, $2.3 million per year contract by the U.S. Department of State to implement a web-based pre-employment skills testing program for State Department offices and more than 200 embassies around the world. The testing system will be used by prospective State Department employees to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities for positions they apply for. StratComm has successfully implemented and continues to manage this new program, which was configured uniquely to our clients’ specific requirements.

Web-based testing is a natural complement to StratComm’s Virtual Training Solutions, an interactive, web-based training system that we implement for such clients as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. As with web-based training, our web-based skills testing program saves millions of dollars in comparison to administering paper-based testing.
