StratComm Launches DASH Web Application for VHR Program
StratComm is excited to announce that we are launching a new, proprietary web application called DASH—the Dashboard and Scheduler of Hearings.
The DASH software has been carefully developed to support the nationwide Verbatim Hearing Recorder (VHR) program that StratComm manages under contract for the Social Security Administration (SSA). After testing DASH for more than two years in selected regions across the country, gathering feedback, and adding features based on user input, we are now releasing DASH to all regions nationwide.
VHRs are an integral component of each SSA disability appeal hearing. They must be in attendance at hearings to properly annotate and record them. Among the many benefits that DASH will provide the program are the streamlining and coordination of VHR scheduling, communications, and financial management that we believe will enable virtually 100 percent VHR attendance, which is critical to the continued success of our VHR program.
