StratComm No. 3 on BBJ List of Largest Veteran-Owned Businesses
As the StratComm team grows and we expand our portfolio and client base in new and exciting ways, we are proud to announce that StratComm has achieved yet another milestone along that path.
The May 25th issue of the Boston Business Journal ranks StratComm No. 3 on its list of largest veteran-owned businesses in Massachusetts, in terms of Massachusetts-based employees. Previously, we were ranked No. 6, and No. 11 before that. In the past year, our firm has added 80 Massachusetts workers.
To be included in the top 5 of this list is a testament to our president and CEO, Robert George, and his long-range vision of our company, as well as his day-to-day oversight. Equally we recognize and appreciate the incredible amount of hard work our entire team has put in over the last year as we have grown our Social Security Administration’s Verbatim Hearing Recorder program to cover many offices across the U.S. This has involved significant efforts from each StratComm team member in areas such as recruiting, scheduling, communications, strategic planning, finance, and accounting.
We congratulate all StratComm employees and independent contractors, in Massachusetts and across the country. You may view the BBJ article here.
"During 2017 StratComm was awarded a large number of federal contracts from several clients, including the U.S. State Department, the Veterans Administration, and the Social Security Administration. To service these contracts, we expanded our workforce."
