StratComm Welcomes Patrick Norton as Capture Manager

StratComm is pleased to welcome Patrick Norton to the StratComm team as Capture Manager.

Patrick is responsible for leading our efforts to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with both existing partners and new organizations. In addition, Patrick will help lead our proposal team in developing proposal strategies, coordinating resources and potential partnerships, and managing the proposal writing and submission process.

Before joining StratComm, Patrick was a business development associate for a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) IT firm, where he identified and pursued new business opportunities and partnerships, responded to requests for proposal, and participated in team proposal reviews. His efforts focused on fostering strategic partnerships, while identifying and researching opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Patrick is a former Sergeant in the U.S. Army, serving as an infantry team leader, and was deployed in Iraq, where he conducted convoy security operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Christopher Newport University.

Patrick is based in our Washington, D.C., office. We are delighted to welcome him to the StratComm team.

The Department of State contracted with StratComm to copyedit and design the annual report to Congress for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).

StratComm is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), holding two GSA Schedule Contracts: Schedule 76 and Schedule 00CORP/541.

StratComm was named national veteran-owned business of the year and was featured on WGBH-TV's “Greater Boston” program in a segment hailing local small businesses.
