StratComm Awarded $3.5 Million BPA with Department of State for Book and Handbook Production

StratComm's relationship with the Department of State continues to result in challenging new projects. We recently were awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the Department's Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP) to produce print and electronic versions of publications that support State's mission of worldwide diplomacy.

As part of the Department’s public diplomacy mission, the IIP's Editorial Content office produces publications, both print and online, to “engage, inform, and influence” audiences across the world. We will have the opportunity to produce books, handbooks, monographs, and other types of publications on a wide variety of subjects, that could be up to 40,000 words in length — something that plays right into our strength, as we pride ourselves on our ability to identify excellent subject matter experts as authors for any type and length of publication.

StratComm has enjoyed strong, long-term working relationships with many government agencies, including several different projects with the Department of State. We were selected for this BPA based on our company’s history of creating quality content, engaging with high-caliber subject matter expertise, and managing popular and successful programs for the government.

The Department of State contracted with StratComm to copyedit and design the annual report to Congress for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
