StratComm Earns High Ratings in SSA Performance Review
StratComm recently received its Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) for Year 2 of our five-year contract with the Social Security Administration for management of the Verbatim Hearing Court Recorder program for the New England region (Region 1). We are very proud to announce that for the second consecutive year, StratComm has earned “Very Good” ratings in the key areas of Quality, Schedule, and Management.
According to this CPAR, the recommendation from the SSA evaluator is that “Given what I know today about the contractor's ability to perform in accordance with this contract or order's most significant requirements, I would recommend them for similar requirements in the future.” As with the CPAR ratings, this is the second consecutive year that we have received this endorsement.
Among the comments in the CPAR regarding StratComm’s performance are:
- “StratComm personnel are expected to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start time of the first hearing of the day. StratComm personnel routinely met this expectation.”
- “StratComm was prompt in communicating issues to the hearing offices in order for coverage to be arranged, resulting in no lost hearings.”
- “StratComm management has been extremely responsive to all requests and issues that have been brought to their attention. They are clearly committed to providing quality service to ODAR.”
- “Hearing Office personnel find that StratComm is always responsive to feedback and have continued to make every effort to rectify problems or concerns brought to their attention in a timely fashion.”
Based on our performance in the New England region and our CPAR rating for Year 1 of our contract, in July 2016 StratComm was awarded a second contract to support SSA’s VHR program across a sizeable number of offices in Region 2, including New York and New Jersey.
StratComm is honored to be performing this important service for the Social Security Administration and looks forward to continuing to provide our high level of service and support to SSA in years to come.
