StratComm Ranked 6th-Largest Veteran-Owned Business in Mass.

We are pleased to announce that StratComm has been ranked number 6 in the May 26, 2017 issue of the Boston Business Journal (BBJ)’s list of the largest veteran-owned businesses in Massachusetts. This is the third year in a row that StratComm has made this list. Last year, StratComm was ranked number 11.

This move signifies the remarkable growth that StratComm has experienced in the last year performing work for 17 federal agencies, including the expansion of our relationship with the Social Security Administration, managing the Verbatim Hearing Recorder program for Offices of Disability and Review in multiple states throughout the United States, as well as other federal, state, and private sector clients.

The BBJ list ranks companies headquartered in Massachusetts in which a U.S. military veteran owns at least 51 percent of the business. StratComm founder and president Bob George is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served as a combat fighter/attack pilot in Vietnam. In 2016, Bob was named Massachusetts Small Business Person of the Year, and StratComm was named veteran-owned business of the year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
