StratComm Welcomes Rick Hardy as HR Manager

StratComm is pleased to welcome a new member to our growing team, Human Resources Manager Rick Hardy. In his role at StratComm, Rick will head up recruiting efforts for StratComm’s Verbatim Hearing Recorder program with the Social Security Administration. In addition, he will manage HR responsibilities at StratComm.

Rick is a highly seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and management. He has particular expertise in positioning companies for growth by building HR infrastructure, and in recruiting key personnel and implementing effective hiring strategies.

Rick has held positions as chief HR officer and director of human resources in the telecommunications and finance industries. As a recruiter, he has consulted with several prominent companies in the local area, including Staples, and has a successful track record of recruiting a high volume of employees during a short period of time, which will be a valuable skill as StratComm expands its VHR program into regions across the United States.

Rick holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts and two master’s degrees from Northeastern University. We are delighted to welcome Rick to the StratComm team.

The Department of State contracted with StratComm to copyedit and design the annual report to Congress for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
