StratComm is pleased to announce that we are continuing to expand our relationship with the Social Security Administration (SSA), as we begin to manage the Verbatim Hearing Recorder (VHR) program for Offices of Disability and Review in multiple states throughout the United States.
The VHR program requires the management and scheduling of specialists to support SSA disability appeal hearings. Three years ago, SSA first contracted with StratComm to manage the program in the six New England states. During the course of the program, our team has supported the agency by streamlining program operations through tailored recruitment, staffing, and technological solutions. After receiving accolades from SSA for our strong performance in New England, StratComm was pleased to receive further contract awards to manage VHR services in both New York and New Jersey, and most recently spanning the entire United States.
